Questions,
answered plainly.
Everything about the tests, your results, privacy, and getting a kit to your door. Can’t find what you need? The help centre has a way to reach us.
What does an omniwo test actually measure?
Up to 90 blood biomarkers across categories such as cardiovascular, metabolic, hormones, thyroid, vitamins and minerals, iron, inflammation, and full blood count. Each marker is scored against longevity-optimised ranges, not just standard ‘normal’ thresholds.
What's the difference between a finger-prick and a venous test?
A finger-prick kit you collect yourself at home in about ten minutes. A venous draw is taken by a nurse and suits larger panels. Both are returned to the same accredited UK laboratory; we recommend the right collection method for the panel you choose.
Which test should I start with?
If you're not sure, take the two-minute assessment — it suggests a starting panel based on your goals. Many people begin with a broad longevity panel and then retest the specific markers they're working to improve.
What is the Omniwo Score?
A single 0–100 read on your overall health, built from how your biomarkers sit against longevity-optimised ranges. It gives you one number to track over time, with the underlying markers and protocols behind it.
What is biological age, and how is it calculated?
Biological age estimates how old your body is functioning, regardless of birthdays. We use the validated PhenoAge method on your blood markers, and DunedinPACE to show your pace of aging — how many biological years you're accruing per calendar year.
How long until I get my results?
Typically 2–3 working days from when the lab receives your sample. You'll see your results, score, biological age, and personalised insights in your dashboard, with email notification when they're ready.
Can I connect my wearable?
Yes. omniwo integrates wearable data (such as Oura, WHOOP, Strava and Polar) alongside your bloodwork, so sleep, recovery and activity sit next to your biomarkers in one place.
Where is my sample analysed?
In UKAS-accredited UK laboratories — the same accreditation standard used across NHS and private diagnostics.
Who can see my health data?
You. Your data is processed under UK GDPR and held to ICO standards. We never sell your personal or health data, and you can export or request deletion at any time.
Is omniwo a medical diagnosis?
No. omniwo provides health information and longevity insights to help you understand and improve your biology. It isn't a substitute for medical advice — where a clinician genuinely adds value, we say so, and you should always consult a doctor about specific medical concerns.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — kits are delivered to your door with free delivery, and a prepaid return envelope is included so you can send your sample back at no extra cost.
What if something goes wrong with my kit?
Reach out and we'll sort it — replacement kits and re-collection are handled case by case. See the help centre to get in touch.
Can I retest to track progress?
That's the point. Retesting the markers you're working on shows whether your protocol is moving your biology — and updates your Omniwo Score and biological age over time.
